    When you're onboarded, we create a project spec off the back of a discovery call.  

    You get a project plan, with all stages of the project diarised in advance. This includes sourcing, catchups, screening interviews, feedback, first and second stage interviews, and when we expect the offer to be made.  

    We stick to 2.5 weeks for perm projects and 3 days for contract.  
    Clients love this approach, particularly our mid-project catchup. During this, we return from the market to show you our initial findings - from trends and insights to candidate sentiment.
