You'll play a key role in driving growth, building relationships with new clients, and pitching creative stand solutions that deliver real results. With your business development expertise and passion for live events, you'll help shape memorable spaces that bring brands to life.
You'll be part of a close-knit, collaborative team that thrives on creativity, quality, and attention to detail.
This is a hybrid, client-facing role with regular travel to exhibitions, industry events, and client meetings across the UK and Europe. If you're motivated by meaningful connections, ambitious projects, and seeing your work come alive on the show floor, we'd love to hear from you.
Location: Warwickshire up to 3 days per week - must be willing to travel to events in the UK and Internationally
Salary: Up to £45,000 DOE + up to £20,000 commission pot

- 2+ years' experience in business development role
- Ideally an understanding of the exhibitions and events sector
- Excellent client-facing, pitching, and negotiation skills
- A commercial mindset with experience pricing and scoping projects
- Willingness to travel across the UK & Europe, with occasional overnight stays
- A valid UK driving licence and passport
