1st Line Support Analysts are you immediately available?
You are needed for one of the UKs leading organisations. Working from their offices in Walsall you will join a busy team who currently deal with all IT Support calls for the entire UK based estate.
You will take full call ownership from logging the support calls that come in to the helpdesk, to working with users to resolve IT issues and offer a fix where appropriate. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and be extremely customer service focused. You will be experienced in dealing with users over the phone and logging their calls onto helpdesk systems. You will also be experienced in dealing with a variety of IT problems and ensuring that they are resolved to their customers satisfaction.
·Using call logging systems
·Experience of supporting Windows technologies
·Basic Networking skills
·Hardware troubleshooting skills
·Experience / Exposure to Active Directory, MS Exchange, MS Office
Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential as you will be liaising with users of all levels as well as a number of 3rd Party Suppliers.
