You're comfortable where you are. You graduated from University / College and secured a stable position. It's challenging enough, but it's not rocket science. You are completing your tasks within the required timescales and getting reasonable feedback from your superiors. You're happy, but you could be happier.

You're looking for a role that challenges you daily, a role where your efforts aren't focused mostly on maintenance and support. You want to be working on varied projects and utilising the full set of your technology skills whilst branching out into new areas like Angular.

Well stop looking, because here it is.

The Challenge

You'll become a pivotal part of a small development team, delivering development services to support data retreival from air quality monitoring equipment. Working with two other developers of varying levels you of experience, will have the ability to develop and enhance your development skills.
Are you what they're looking for?
They're looking for a developer with demonstrable experience in C# and ASP.NET, with strong SQL experience too. Bonus points available for any exposure to Javascript, Angular or React.

But it's about more than ticking technology boxes, this organisation hires on attitude and personality fit so don't be put off if you're missing a few points. The reason that the salary banding is so open is because the client are also open on the level of individual that they hire. You may have a number of years experience or you may be a recent graduate with some experience who accepted the wrong role for you.

ROLE: Software Developer
SALARY: up to £42,000
LOCATION: Currently remote but eventually it will be office based in Stratford upon Avon with some home working
