Your role will support a strategic management team in the delivery of key project messaging, preparation, and provision of support to governance bodies and internal communications activities and coordination of people strategy and engagement activities. You will be a key part of a hugely ambitious technology programme with the aims of improving customer experience on a global scale, transforming the business, and preparing for the future.
You will be responsible for supporting and enabling the organisation on their Global transformation, ensuring that the work of this function adds value and be involved in projects to improve automate and define processes. This role fundamental in changing the culture around a digital portfolio on a global scale. In addition, you will provide the communications predominantly on Management information, again on a global scale to include project updates, status updates, KPIs with supporting financials. You will be meticulous in nature as the devil is in the detail whether it be on the meeting minutes, presentations, board packs or reports you will collate and compile.
You will have a background in Projects and communications, be a self-starter who can develop engaging and exciting communications materials for stakeholders of all levels. You will be organised, have excellent attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and be able to communicate confidently with stakeholders of all levels.
Junior PMO Analyst | Project Communications Assistant Responsibilities & Tasks:
Conduct committee preparation and reporting on behalf of a number of governance committees.
Collaborate and align with International Working Groups and stakeholders.
Assist with financial planning and the completion of reporting.
Collaboration with International teams on company-wide financial targets.
Support the governance and financial controls required to run Portfolio reporting, including running financial reports.
Create and deliver portfolio reporting packs with support from both National and International peers.
Run status reports, create update reports, and where necessary gather information on the status of projects from project managers, or stakeholders.
Act as point of contact for resource information and reporting information.
Manage resourcing forecast reports for all areas based on inputs from various teams.
Maintain constant knowledge of current and upcoming projects and business development activities as they relate to resourcing.
Provide administrative support for project board meetings (meeting notes, room preparation, diary bookings).
Undertake any other administrative tasks as specified by the Manager.
Junior PMO Analyst | Project Communications Assistant capabilities:
Strong organisational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders who may have conflicting priorities.
Excellent judgement and analytical skills.
Ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines.
First class communication skills with the ability to adapt communications to the audience and simplify complex matters.
Salary: GBP30,000 - GBP42,000 excellent package, incremental salary, enhanced pension scheme, 25 days holiday, death in service, free parking, flexible working, online benefits, and additional benefits to be discussed.
