As the Programme Coordinator you will be responsible for supporting the Member Programmes and activities, with a focus on maintaining information on membership engagement throughout. This is a varied role with high levels of collaboration with the globally based Member Programmes Team.
The ultimate goal for you as the Programme Coordinator is to support members and ensure that all programmes and relating documentation can be accessed globally. You will be responsible for event and programme administration as well as social media updates pre and post events to promote engagement. You will be working in conjunction with globally based committee members to deliver programme requirements.
PROGRAMME COORDINATOR RESPONSIBILITIES
*Responsibility for monitoring email inboxes, including responding to queries, sending program information, updates, and deadlines to relevant parties
*Support for committees including setting up meetings, monitoring attendance, and taking minutes
*Handle administration of scholarship programmes including initial screening of applications, queries and working with scholarship selections
*Administer the attendee selection process and coordinate registration and travel reimbursements
* Attend the Member Events and provide on-site support
* Any other duties within the scope of the role
REQUIREMENTS OF THE PROGRAMME COORDINATOR
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Experience in an administration/coordination position within a commercial business environment
*The ability to work independently or as part of a team
*Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
*The aptitude to create interactive content for multi format correspondence, web and newsletters
*Freedom to travel 3-4 times globally to attend business events
*Previous experience working for a not for profit organisation would also be advantageous
Salary:GBP30,000 per annum
