One of the leading UK Internet Service Providers are seeking a customer support advisor to join at an exciting time for the business as in the last 18 months they have acquired four organisations, with plans to grow further. With the organisation expanding there has and will continue to be opportunity for the customer support advisors to progress their career, moving in to varying divisions of the business.

The successful customer support adviser will join the busy, vibrant service delivery team, providing a face for the business, developing key relationships and expanding your technical knowledge. You will take ownership of customer delivery and in life support, ensuring that the organisation maintain a customer focused approach to providing great customer service.

Customer Support Advisor responsibilities:

* Managing both direct customer and reseller requests
* Using their CRM/Ticketing system to manage customers requests
* 1st line fault diagnostics
* Using web portals to place orders with key partners
* Updating customers records/file management
* Handling complaints

Customer Support Advisor skills/experience:
* Strong customer support or customer service background
* Excellent communication skills
* Computer literacy MS Excel, Word, Outlook
* Strong team working skills

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting internal and external users, taking support calls from the business as well as their customers. You will need to demonstrate excellent customer service skills, communicating effectively with technical and non-technical users via the telephone, email and web portal.
