You will be working for a Tewkesbury based business who are seeking a 1st Line Support Analyst to join their growing organisation on a permanent basis. You will be a driven and passionate candidate, seeking the opportunity to develop your technical knowledge and work as part of a team delivering a truly market-leading solution. This means you will be supported by experts in their field and be able to deliver a first class service as a result.
As a Support Analyst you will be responsible for:
*Providing support to the UK and International customer base for technical enquiries
*Enquiries will be logged via a ticketing system, prioritised, and then responded to via telephone and email, keeping customers updated throughout the process
*Working closely with 2nd line engineers and the sales team to ensure all enquiries are actioned within designated timescales
*Recreating field reported problems, assisting the development team to correct the faults
*Providing engineer and end user training, there will also be a requirement to travel to customer sites up to 10% of the time - this may include international travel

If you have an Industry related degree or HND qualification this would also be an advantage.
