Are you an Application Support Analyst / Software Support Analyst that wants to join a leading software solutions provider in Coalville?
After dominating the UK market they have recently won a number of international customers and are now looking for a motivated, enthusiastic individual to work within their Application Support team.
Title: Application Support Analyst / Software Support Analyst - 2nd Line
Location: Coalville - commutable from Derbyshire / Leicestershire / Nottinghamshire
Salary: Up to £30,000 + Benefits (Private medical scheme, Pension, holiday entitlement, free parking)
Security Check: Candidates need to have at least 5 years address history within the UK and need to be willing to undertake security clearance
Application Support Analyst / Software Support Analyst Key Skills:
* 6 months experience in a software environment - support or development
* IIS Administration (Internet Information Services)
* Experience with SQL databases, either Microsoft or Oracle
* Ability to create basic SQL queries
* Windows Server Administration experience - services and task maintenance
* Any scripting experience would be beneficial but not essential
An exciting opportunity for an Application Support Analyst / Software Support Analyst has arisen to join and learn from an innovative team. You will provide support to customers, giving guidance and resolving technical issues.
You will possess excellent interpersonal skills and use your knowledge to provide software application support to all users.
A methodical approach is required as you will have to prioritise workload, log in all incoming calls and emails via the helpdesk system, and escalate any issues that are unable to be resolved to the Application Team Lead or the development team.
