Finance Software Trainer / Implementation

A successful software house based in London are seeking a Software Trainer to join their busy Professional Services team and be expected to take on extensive travel throughout the UK. This is a client facing role and you will be responsible for on boarding new customers as well as educating existing customers when required.

ROLE: Software Training Consultant

SALARY: £40,000 - £60,000 DOE + Bonus, flexible working and benefits

LOCATION: London, extensive travel throughout the UK

As the successful Software Training Consultant you will join a fast paced environment and will therefore need to have excellent organisational skills. You will need to demonstrate stand out customer service as this is will be an entirely client facing role, therefore you must be able to communicate effectively over the phone, email and face to face.

You will play a fundamental role in the growth and innovation of the business, ensuring your teams and the customers that they support are happy and satisfied with their service at all times.

As the successful Software Trainer you will be responsible engaging with the customers in order to teach the users how to best utilise the software according to their own business processes. You will be involved in the post - sales meetings and also the occasional pre - sales meeting. As you will be relied on as the subject matter expert for the customer base, you will need to be capable of picking up complex software quickly.

This is a very diverse role which, for the right candidate, will provide ongoing challenges and increased responsibility. You will work with the business in ensuring that all implementations are run to the highest standard. Due to the nature of the role, no two days will be the same and it is therefore essential that the successful individual is happy to be flexible and adapt to changing situations.

The Company

As the successful candidate, you will join a growing entrepreneurial software company based out of Central London. They are a close knit team and adopt a very consultative approach to their business model and customer base. Upon starting you will be given significant support to get to grips with the role and the software, but there will be an expectation for an element of self-learning to ensure you are up to date with their bespoke software within the required time scale. This consultative approach is applied both externally and internally and therefore it is essential that anyone joining the business has a team focused mentality and is happy to help out where required.

Skills required:

* Excellent customer service skills
* Willing to travel to customer sites (up to 4 days per week) across the UK
* Effective writing/reporting skills
* Experience training users on software applications
* Financial acumen - the software involves financial analysis and therefore you cant be afraid of number.
* Exposure to software implementation

Desired Skills:

* Exposure to the housing property industry
* Finance software exposure
* Experience training users on complex software
