ROLE: Customer Support | Customer Service
SALARY:£18,000 - £25,000 (dependant on experience)

LOCATION: Cirencester, commutable from Swindon, Gloucester, Cheltenham, Stroud, Chippenham, Stow
You will be delivering Customer Support | Customer Service through 1st line remote support for products and services while working efficiently and effectively within a relaxed, close knit team.
This is a busy, important role which will involve providing effective IT helpdesk support to numerous customers and thousands of devices throughout the UK.
Customer Support | Customer Service skills required:
* Experience delivering excellent customer service
* Technical curiosity
* Be able to effectively communicate with key stakeholders insuring a high business standard
Customer Support | Customer Service desirable yet not essential skills:
* An understanding of Windows desktop operating systems and applications.
* Experience working with bespoke software applications or a relevant degree
The organisation are looking to double their support function so this is the perfect time to be joining. Training will be thorough for those with no previous IT experience and you will be put through accredited training courses.
