As a Workday Functional Lead, you'll play a critical role in translating business and technical requirements, designing, configuring, and deploying efficient processes and solutions to address complex issues and projects. With deep expertise in Workday configuration and HR landscape integration, you'll serve as the technical authority, ensuring maximum value extraction from the Workday ecosystem and supporting senior management and HR in transformative projects.
Your work significantly impacts the quality of Recruitment, Training, Employee Engagement, and HR processes across the organization. Within the HR team, you'll contribute to researching, designing, and implementing cost-effective tools and processes to support the entire employee lifecycle, fostering consistency, and optimizing employee retention.
