Big Red first engaged with M*Modal in order to improve the quality of the candidates being shortlisted to the hiring managers.

M*Modal is the leading provider of interactive clinical documentation and Speech and Natural Language Understanding technology, as well as medical transcription, narrative capture and support services.


M*Modal had been recruiting via multiple sources before engaging with Big Red and were getting frustrated with the bombardment of CVs that were not relevant for the roles they currently had open. M*Modal were concerned that their current suppliers did not full understand their business and their needs and were forcing candidates upon them. As a business they decided to adopt the Big Red approach to streamline the recruitment process, improve the candidate’s experience and ultimately improve the quality of the candidates the hiring managers were meeting.

Our Solution:

Big Red put in place a project driven recruitment solution which included all pre-screening including telephone interviews and initial face to face interviews to be conducted by a Big Red consultant on site at M*Modal. This improved the ratio to hire and saved the hiring managers and the UK operation time and money.
