Are you a Java Developer who is attracted by all of, or most of the statements above?

Big Red are working with a really exciting, heavily PE backed, mature start up, now looking to start their acceleration. Having been in the market 6 years and have now had successful implementations of their technology into customer environments, both Blue Light, Boarder Forces and private businesses, our customer is looking to push forward their two product sets, to allow them to do this they need to add an additional 20 hires to the team in 2020.

The team are staffed with very bright innovative technologists who are suited to working in complex engineering environments where they are breaking new ground and solving problems every day. The teams ability to solve problems and make the right decisions is critical to the future scalability of my customers platform, and absolutely critical in the operational performance of the technology which is saving lives, and solving and preventing crime.

Although they currently dont have any applications working in infection control, they are attracting investment interest as their technology has been applied in other parts of the world to infection control. This is very early stages but beyond the important work they are doing in crime solving and prevention there are many other very exciting use cases to be investigated.

If this sounds of interest and you are looking for a new challenge you will need some skills.

* Experience in large complex systems development and design

* Agile methodologies
* git

Ideally you will have or want:
