Customer Success Manager
We're looking for a Customer Success Manager or Account Manager for a market leading software as a service (SaaS) business based in Warwickshire. You will work with a portfolio of different customers to make sure they are happy with the service and using the platform effectively to maintain high customer retention levels.

Role: Customer Experience Manager / Customer Success Manager
Salary: GBP30,000 - GBP45,000 + bonus + great benefits
Location: Warwickshire based office. Remote working available.

Key Skills
Ideally you will currently work in a CSM role or account management role within the software or IT industry. All levels of experience will be considered.Key skills will include:

·Relationship building
Able to spot Cross sell / Upsell opportunities
·Presentation skills
·Commercial awareness - Negotiation etc
·Good grasp of basic technical concepts

The Role

Joining a market-leading and rapidly expanding software company, you will work within a team of 8 Customer Success Managers, managing a mixture of exciting brand names and blue chip organisations. You will take a consultative approach in supporting customers, ensuring their day to day requirements are delivered, service expectations are exceeded, and looking ahead to solve issues through new innovations. You will also look for opportunities to cross sell and up sell to generate further revenue.
