Software Commercial Manager

Location: Nottingham
Salary: GBP45000 - GBP60000 per annum + 5% pension + 25 days holiday

You're a self-motivated and results focussed individual who thrives off customer interaction and ensuring they get the very best out of the software that our business provides. You've been in your current role a while and you know you are proficient in your role but you wonder what the next step could be as it could take multiple routes.

You will develop business strategies, and show great vision in ensuring that we maintain client relationships and create new business. Ensuring key accounts are happy, they're maximising the products and the accounts are being nurtured to their full potential would fit your ideal role. You may have experience of analysing company budgets and financial data or this is something that would go towards completing your skillset.

So what the company are seeking:

The software house are seeking a commercial manager to oversee daily operations, manage the customer success and product teams whilst liaising with software developers. You will have had experience of working with clients directly to ensure their needs and requirements within the software are met. This can be from a sales, account management or software manager position.

You must be commercially aware and relish the opportunity to run the operations of a modern, growing software house. The organisation are extremely open with regards to the candidates background, as the persons fit and the motivation of the individual is regarded as the most important focus. You may come from a SAAS sales or account management background, operations manager in a software house or from a management position within a marketing/digital agency.
