ROLE:Business Analyst (HR Systems) 15 Month Fixed Term Contract
SALARY: Up to £40,000
LOCATION: Spalding with some travel
The IT Business Analyst will work closely with the HR function to deliver a range of projects across the business. You will be responsible for gathering requirements, analysing these and delivering the implementation to the business.
With a variety of projects within HR upcoming; this person will mainly be working on the roll out and implementation of a bespoke Time and Attendance system within different sites across the group. The Business Analyst will also be involved with upgrades, minor changes and 3rd line support for this system. Other projects within HR include implementing Health and Safety Systems, Learning and Development systems and employee benefits systems.
The Ideal Candidate will be able to demonstrate:
·Experience of Business Analysis within a Food / Manufacturing background
·Experience of managing implementation projects
·Ability to deliver a range of projects into HR
·Ability to manage supplier relationships
·Dynamic approach to delivering projects
·Ability to gather requirements across the wider business before creating business cases
