A Business Analyst is required for an exciting and rapidly expanding business based in Northampton thats investing heavily in Technology to drive growth of their B2B service offering.
ROLE: Business Analyst
SALARY: Up to £45,000 dependent on experience

Key Skills / responsibilities:
Strong BA skills - requirements gathering and process mapping
System configuration using various tools.
The ability to push back and question business processes.
Design, create and implement workflows - understand the concept of translating a defined sequence of tasks into workflow diagrams
Liaise with managers on a day to day basis for progress updates and escalation of issues before any customer impact
In depth understanding of customer requirements and processes for the creation of workflows
Identify value adding activities for continuous improvement across the direct team and wider IT department
Champion & lead by example - demonstrating the people charter and the company values in everything you do
The following skills are not essential, however would prove extremely advantageous:
Awareness of change delivery
Visio for flow charts
The business is currently undergoing a complete rewrite of their core IT system that drives their service offering. As the Business Analyst you will have a strong understanding of both business process and IT systems. You must be able to question and understand the existing business processes and move that into a workflow, allowing you to understand the changes or adaptations required on a technical level. This will allow you to help improve and optimize the system to the customers needs.
As the successful Business Analyst, you must be flexible in your approach and be capable of communicating on a technical level with customers comfortably.
