The story – what we delivered, what they experienced

The Royal Life Saving Society is based in Broom, Warwickshire. From this Midlands Head Office, the Society has more than 11,000 members in 50 branches and 3000 active lifesaving and lifeguarding clubs and approved training centres throughout the UK and Ireland. Big Red were contracted to recruit a person to strengthen RLSS’ in-house IT capability (as much of this resource is managed by a third party). This was an unusual position with a broad range of skills required, but Big Red were quickly able to scope out the role and set up a recruitment project for the company. The project was delivered successfully within approved timescales and is an excellent example of how Big Red can help companies in the Midlands with small IT departments on a project by project basis.
