The story – what we delivered, what they experienced.

We were invited to bid for the contract to manage all of the recruitment within the Services division as Wincor Nixdorf were experiencing a period of rapid growth due to winning significant new pieces of work and their plan to insource much of the customer support which they had previously relied on 3rd parties for.

Having been selected in partnership with the HR team we rolled out the new recruitment processes to the senior management team and subsequently into their reports and took responsibility for all external recruitment. The relationship involves covering all recruitment across the UK so Big Reds usual approach of partnering a selection of regional and area specialists has resulted in a very robust solution being delivered to Wincor Nixdorf.

For the past two years our UK Services Division has exclusively used Big Red for the recruitment of permanent and contract staff. The Division started to work with Big Red at a time of significant head count growth. They were able to provide me and my HR team, and our managers, with real certainty around the whole recruitment process. Recruitment became managed like a project with the milestones, checkpoints, defined deliverables and progress reports any 'real' project would have. Our interview to hire conversion rate improved, candidate management was slicker and the internal time spent managing the recruitment process reduced.
