We are very proud of our relationship with Welcome Break, it started with an introduction to their IT Director in 2001 and we are still working with them today. During this time we have mainly recruited permanent staff for them and have helped the present IT Director to move the team into delivering increased value and service to the business.
Our usual approach to the recruitment process works in harmony with Welcome Break’s processes and involves the following:
- Meeting to agree the spec
- Project plan and spec signed off
- Big Red advertise and search to create a long list
- Long list phone interviewed according to criteria agreed with Welcome Break
- The short list is then interviewed by Big Red on site to agreed competancies
- The best candidates and then presented to Welcome Break
- Offers and buy backs handled and the candidates starts
We are happily performing within our minimum standard of 3 interviews to each placement and are proud of the work we do with an exciting and prestigious client.
