The story – what we delivered, what they experienced
Travelsphere are based in Market Harborough, Leicestershire, and are the number one operator of escorted holidays worldwide. Big Red Recruitment started working with Travelsphere in 2008, a time of great change for the company and IT Department. Big Red worked with the Interim IT Director to get talent in place as the department was restructured, and we have continued to work with the company as the new IT Director took up the reigns. Becoming well acquainted in the Travelsphere environment has enabled Big Red to make the recruitment process as pain free as possible, and the Management have seen quite a change from the days when they were dealing with multiple agencies and having unsuccessful interviews going into double figures per position.
