The story – what we delivered, what they experienced

SLM Leisure are a midlands-based company offering fully managed leisure centre facilities to Local Authorities and the public Sector from their offices in Hinckley, Leicestershire. Big Red met with SLM when the company was in a quandary – they needed extra resource in the IT Team, but could not get sign off for the permanent position they wanted. Together, Big Red and and SLM came up with a Contract solution to this challenge, and have since gone on to deliver permanent staff.
