The story – what we delivered, what they experienced

RTS are based in Northampton and provide Managed Services, Consultancy and Development, with a particular focus on the Retail and Hospitality industries. Having started as a small consultancy who were able to recruit through referrals and personal contacts, in 2006 RTS found themselves in a period of exponential growth that could not be served by their usual recruitment methods. Big Red Recruitment were recommended to them by the IT Director of one of our clients, and following a meeting were able to put together a strategic recruitment plan for RTS during this period.
