The story – what we delivered, what they experienced
Messier Services UK is based in Gloucester in the Midlands, and specialises in the erpair and overhaul of landing gears and associated hydraulic units for military and regional aircraft throughout Europe and the Middle East. Big Red began working with Messier services in 2008 during a time of investment into the Gloucester facility and a time of great change, both structurally and technologically in the IT Department. The recruitment processes had to be run around a major application rationalisation project, so swift fulfilment of the requirements and minimal use of IT management time were paramount.
