The story – what we delivered, what they experienced

Coventry Building Society was established in 1884 and is now the fourth largest building society in the UK, serving well over 1 million customers. The Coventry had been using a variety of suppliers and different processes across the different areas of their IT department. When they had trouble recruiting for a particularly tricky testing role they asked Big Red to have a go. Although we were unsuccessful in making a placement (an ex-member of the team approached them directly to return!) the manager we worked with so enjoyed the managed process Big Red had run for her we have now gone on to fill all of their technical requirements and dramatically increase the efficiency of the Coventry’s recruitment processes.
